Job Title: Senior Manager HR and Performance

SLASSCOM (Sri Lanka Association of Software and Services Companies) is
the premier industry body for the knowledge and innovation (IT and BPM) sector in Sri Lanka. Position Overview: 
SLASSCOM is seeking an experienced and dynamic person to play a key role in driving the organization's operational excellence. You will work closely with the Executive Director and other stakeholders to enhance SLASSCOM's impact and support member companies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of SLASSCOM and its various programs, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall mission and objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing data-driven insights to improve performance and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Forums to identify workforce needs, ensuring that staffing requirements are met to support business objectives.
• Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and employee development plans.
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, identifying training needs and organizing relevant programs for employees' professional growth.
• Work closely with the leadership team to identify and address organizational challenges, proposing HR strategies to enhance overall efficiency and employee engagement.
• Streamline administrative processes and policies to optimize efficiency and productivity across the organization.
• Manage administrative functions, including facilities, vendor management, travel arrangements, and general office operations.

• Proven track record of successful leadership in a senior management role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
• Sound financial acumen and experience in budget management.
• A Bachelor’s degree or a professional qualification
