Job Brief
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Call Center Representative will be the liaison between our company and it's current and potential customers.
You will
• Manage orders through the procurement dashboard.
• Work with the internal team (credit, cs, finance and Sales agents) to make sure the orders are been placed and completed through the procurement portal
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.


Essential requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.

Desirable requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Competency in microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
• Great Communication skills
• Advanced computer literacy
• Sharp and proactive
