Job description
We are seeking an experienced Creative Director with expertise in the events and activations space, specifically in the Middle East market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand marketing and the ability to develop highly effective strategies to maximise brand potential.

This is a remote position, allowing flexibility and the opportunity to work from any location.

Responsibilities:
• Develop highly effective marketing plans based on a deep understanding of the brand’s target market, ensuring the brand achieves its maximum potential.
• Create brand strategies, positioning, and determine the appropriate course of action to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Direct high-impact creative strategies, campaigns, and activations from concept to execution and completion.
• Develop tailored advertising campaigns aligned with clients’ marketing strategies to meet their specific needs and vision.
• Implement plans by assigning responsibilities, identifying deliverables, and following up on their timely delivery.
• Develop creative designs for digital media campaigns, conduct industry trend research, and evaluate competitive strategies.
• Supervise, guide, and coach designers, copywriters, and production staff, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Review pre-press and printing processes to ensure zero errors in final productions.
• Plan, organise, and manage client events, activations, and parties, including venue selection, theme development, decoration, and branding.
• Supervise on-site teams, including caterers, sound and light technicians, and facility management.
• Coordinate with florists, photographers, videographers, and musicians during rehearsals and events.
• Direct photo sessions by selecting photographers, settings, and shot ideas.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Creative Director in the events/activations industry, with a focus on the Middle East market.
• Strong understanding of brand marketing and the ability to develop effective marketing plans.
• Demonstrated expertise in creative strategy development, campaign execution, and activation management.
• Proficiency in developing tailored advertising campaigns aligned with clients’ objectives.
• Knowledge of digital media trends, competitive strategies, and ability to create compelling designs.
• Excellent leadership and management skills to supervise and guide creative teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to review pre-press and printing processes.
• Strong event planning and management abilities, from venue selection to coordination of various event elements.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and on-site teams.
• Ability to direct and coordinate photo sessions, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved.
