Role Description:
As the MIS Manager in the Commercial Business Unit, your role will involve leading the implementation and maintenance of the data and analytics strategy for the unit. You will be responsible for leading the MIS team in creating commercial Data marts generating reports, and preparing ad hoc analyses. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining the analytics environments and processes. Your expertise will provide relevant and timely insights to support the business teams in achieving their strategic goals.

Key Accountabilities:
• Reporting: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly management reports. Respond to ad hoc requests from management. Provide insights to track strategy execution progress and support the Cluster approach. Automate key reports and deliver insights using AI and analytics tools.
• Performance Management: Manage insight and reporting requirements for projects and product initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis with insights to guide the business in making strategic decisions.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Proactively advise and support the business in decision-making, providing insightful information.
• Formulate realistic and well-reasoned justifications to support commercial decisions.
• Prepare reports and post-analysis for projects and provide timely advice accordingly.
• Monitor and share KPIs for key commercial metrics and advise management accordingly.

• Technical/professional qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Engineering/Science, IT, Economics, or related fields. Experience in MIS reporting and analysis delivery. Familiarity with BI and data visualization platforms (e.g., QlikSense, PowerBI, etc.). Proficiency in data analysis and business acumen. At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role.
